Recently, AF has received requests from members asking for the ability to amend their case submissions in Total Recovery Solution® (TRS®), such as correcting information or adding missing documents. We understand how valuable this flexibility would be and have carefully reviewed these requests.
At this time, the TRS® product design does not support amending submitted cases, as this would require fundamental changes to case processing, including placing cases on hold, limiting access for the remaining party, and managing overlapping deadlines.
To help ensure the best user experience, we recommend confirming all case details and uploading all supporting documents before submission.
